The founder of CONNEXPAND is Paulo de Castro Reis, an executive with extensive experience in Institutional Relations and Business Development, specialized in internationalization, negotiation, branding, communication, and corporate governance across companies and industry associations from various sectors. Most recently, he served for ten years as Executive Director of CCBC – the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce.
Currently, in addition to supporting companies through a range of strategic projects, Paulo leads the Innovation area at ABRE – the Brazilian Packaging Association.
With hands-on experience in international business development across more than 20 countries, he has built strong strategic partnerships with government agencies, diplomatic representations, development organizations, and innovation hubs. His work includes the development of new products and services, management of institutional and cultural projects, the coordination of international missions, and innovation and internationalization programs for companies and institutions.
